Based in Vauxhall, South London, the space has equipment including bars, rings, parallettes, weights, kettlebells and weight belts. You’ll just need to bring yourself!​

Available worldwide, this includes a video assessment, client support, and a bespoke programme taking into account your ability level, available resources and any other personal considerations. This can be done in your own time at a pace best suited to you.​

Couples & Small Groups

The journey can be just as enjoyable with a partner or a small group (maximum of 4) as much as it can be going solo. Regardless of abilities and backgrounds, sessions are tailored to suit the group as whole as well as individual needs and challenges.
