About Me

Driven by my passion for calisthenics and how the body works, I want to help people transform their bodies and make gains in all aspects including looks, strength and mobility.

My training methodology incorporates a heavy focus on movement mechanics and mobility to help you on your fitness journey while maximising efficiency and minimising the risk of injury. I also incorporate other movement disciplines such as locomotive patterns, yoga, weight lifting and kettlebell training.
Soft Tissue Therapy and Gua Sha are also available.
