Typically an hour, but longer sessions are available.
No, not at all! There’s no entry fee or membership required.
Just bring yourself! There’s a drinking fountain and showers available at Sleven (and they offer towel hire).
Yes, I also train couples. For a small group of 3-4, I would only be available during off-peak times on weekdays.
To be proficient requires work and consistency, I set homework to help ensure you stay on track to your fitness goals. Homework is set in a way that compliments any existing routine (for example, if you also want to keep weightlifting, pole fitness, classes, or any other discipline in your routine).
Been working with Darryl on bodyweight and Calisthenics training for a few years. I call him "Master" as his knowledge and training ability is great!
