Functional Range Conditioning is a system of joint health, and mobility training based on scientific principles and research. The FRC System of training applies scientific methods to expanding active, usable range of motion.
KinStretch, also known as Kinetic Stretching, is a class-based format of the FRC System. For more information on signing up to classes, contact me.

Not at all! FRC is mobility which I coach and incorporate into both personal training and massage sessions. FRC work can be done as a standalone session if need be!
