Sports Massage
Sports Massage is a great way to help you recover faster, mobilise and address pain caused by soft tissue dysfunction. Using methods such as myofascial release, compression techniques, neuromuscular technique, muscle energy technique and acupressure, I work on trigger points and along anatomical train lines to help release knots and points of tension.

FAQs
To start off with, once or twice a week works really well. What’s also really helpful is doing any of the prescribed self-care
I’m usually quite firm, but I am more than happy to apply less pressure if it’s more suitable

Darryl is exceptionally knowledgeable and talented at mobility routines and sports massage. I’ve had long running tension problems with my neck and upper back that he was able to help me with with just one session. I was then able to learn from him moving forward too, so it was also very educational to learn more about how my body functions and how I can keep it moving! He will aim to teach you to self-manage as much as possible rather than some physios who sign you up for countless sessions without teaching you how to self-manage. Would highly recommend!

Darryl really knows his stuff, very knowledgeable how he assesses his clients and also, clearly passionate about what his work.
He doesn't just treat you for the duration of the appointment, but also teaches you ways and means on how to prevent having future injuries by giving pointers for exercises to do at home as a follow-up, which was a big plus.
Highly recommended!
Thanks Darryl
