I’m Darryl and I’m a personal trainer, calisthenics and flexibility* coach based in Clapham, London. I’m also a sports massage therapist.
(*some people use the term mobility, but depending on who you talk to this term may have a different meaning. Flexibility on the other hand encompasses this term.)
Whether it’s online or face-to-face, I help people master bodyweight skills and expressions such as handstands, pullups, front levers and front splits, either at the gym, at home, or outdoors – like at one of the excellent calisthenics rigs on Clapham Common.
With my coaching, I aim to get you stronger, more flexible, moving more efficiently and effectively as well as offering you an alternative and complementary take on your fitness journey… so even if your goal is primarily aesthetic, I can provide a different take.
Not shy of incorporating other disciplines into what I do (and for some clients they are the preferred options) such as kettlebell work, weightlifting, yoga, movement (flow/crawl work), breathwork and cardio.
I work with all abilities, whether you’re looking at getting your first chin-up or touching your toes, or you’re working on one arm pull-ups or splits.

Sports massage is my go to, working on trigger points and along fascial lines, as well as incorporating MET and occasionally Gua Sha into the mix. I’m definitely on the firmer side, but I can adapt according to your needs.
