As well as calisthenics I also include flexibility work, where we work on improving active flexibility and end range strength to help you move better in and out of training.
I also take a look at biomechanics and incorporate relevant corrective and weight training exercises where necessary!
Can’t come and see me? No problem! I’m also available online!
Either way though, I also write homework, either as notes or via My PT Hub.
