Been working with Darryl on bodyweight and Calisthenics training for a few years. I call him "Master" as his knowledge and training ability is great! Patient and focused I've seen great changes to my body, strength and flexibility. He taught me that I can have lean strong body from Calisthenics without the traditional gym/weights training. Really happy to recommend him as a great trainer!
